Tulip Festival Information

  • FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Guests are invited to our field to harvest from 500 thousand tulips, that were planted by design to give you row by row pops of colour to last for weeks of spring picking.

Outdoor field crops are popping up and ready for picking. So many colours to choose from and so many more to pop up. With flowers the size of your hand, you won’t be disappointed. Take the bulb or leave it, the option is up to you. I personally love the look of tulip bouquets with the bulb growing roots inside a clear vase.

  • WHAT TO WEAR

With the spring weather being unpredictable, we recommend being dressed for mud regardless of sunshine. Our fields can remain moist for days, and we aren’t looking to trade your shoes for flowers. Although, I’m sure they’re quite nice *wink *wink.

Also, we are in a large open space with minimal wind protection, so please wear proper clothing for unpredictable wind gusts. Hand picking can also get your hands dirty and wet, so if it’s chilly, you might want to have garden gloves for the little ones.

You can all warm up by the cozy fire inside the barn, located on the top floor or venture outside with your beverage and snack to the outside fire pits provided on site.
